RSPB sunflower hearts are bursting with nutrients, energy and natural goodness, our premium sunflower hearts are a favourite with garden birds.

Put these plump, whole sunflower hearts in seed feeders, on bird tables or on the ground all year round and treat lots of species to bird food rich in oil and protein.
They're quick and easy-to-eat, and are particularly appreciated by tits, greenfinches, goldfinches, blackbirds and house sparrows.
