All items are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed i.e picked and packed the day after ordering. It then may take a further 3 working days for Royal Mail to deliver your order. Express Orders are sent with Royal Mail Parcels or Hermes Couriers.
If you choose our EXPEDITED faster service, your order will be despatched within 24hrs of the order being placed and will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels or DPD Couriers depending on the weight of the parcel. Orders over 20Kg will automatically be sent by DPD Couriers.
We are currently only shipping orders to the UK but we are hoping to ship internationally very soon - watch this space.
**Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, however, if this is the case the delivery will then be upgraded to a 'Priority Next Working Day Service' (Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Parcels or Hermes Next Day Service) to ensure you receive your product within a timely period.
***In exceptional circumstances (we're only human) some orders may be delivered outside of the timescales set on our site. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as we know and we can then offer you alternative arrangements, a gesture of goodwill and our sincere apologies if the delay causes any inconvenience. This very rarely happens but if it does we will do all we can to ensure our customers receive a 1st class service.

Return Policy
The items will need to be unused, un-opened and in their original packing and if the error wasn’t at our end you’d have to cover the postage costs.
